Sino Secure Pty. Ltd., registered inAustraliaand established so as to provide a viable source of Financial Guarantees and Bonding products, forms an integral part of the Sino Group of Companies which was founded over 10 years ago.

Sino Secure, as part of the Sino Group, is committed to long–term, sustainable business, with a requirement to be financially prudent and robust, whilst complying with all industry and regulatory norms in our accounting and financial processes and practice.

The primary focus of this approach is to enable Sino Secure Pty. Ltd. to develop and expand our business in a highly-competitive environment, whilst closely monitoring and controlling costs and income. For the most part, the Company relies on the use of in-house resources, accessing external technical expertise as and when required, as we continually strive to deliver a quality service in a timely and satisfactory manner without compromising on the standards.

Sino Secure’s Managing Director, Dr. Chooi Beh, is a highly-qualified professional in financial management with a doctorate degree and considerable experience in risk management and international finance. He is also a member of the Australia-New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).

Dr. Beh is ably supported in the day-to-day management of the Company by a professionally-trained team and experienced industry associates.

Operating from state-of–the-art offices in Glen Waverley, just minutes from the Central Business District of Melbourne, as well as via our designated Agent inAntwerp,Belgium, Sino Secure is able to comfortably service our portfolio of clients across all international time-zones. 

We at Sino Secure Pty. Ltd. are seeing considerable growth in our position in international markets, developing and adjusting the Company structure in such a way as to optimise economies of scale, subject always to the requirement that service standards must never be compromised.
